At 17:47 Station 4 and Ladder 770 were dispatched to 47 Mush Dahl Road in West Penn Twsp. for a possible explosion. Units were canceled shortly after going en route.
At 14:51 hrs. Stations 4 & 2 were dispatched to 220 Orwigsburg St. for an odor investigation. Units responded and were met by the neighbors saying that there basement smelled of fuel oil. Crews investigated and found a small leak in the neighboring property.
At 18:24 hrs. the TFD was dispatched to 38 E. Mauch Chunk St. for a possible structure fire. Units arrived to find nothing showing. After further investigation it was found to be a malfunctioning oil burner.
At 23:35 hrs. Stations 4 & 2 were dispatched to 233 Center St. for an MVA with unknown injuries. Units arrived to find a three car accident with a pole down and no injuries. Units controlled utilities and fluids until the cars were removed.
At 17:41 hrs. Stations 4 & 2 were dispatched to 240 Brown St. for fluids down on the roadway. Units arrived to find a streak of oil from the top of brown to the bottom. Personnel spread absorbent.
At 18:45 hrs. Stations 4 & 2 were dispatched to 3 Cherry St. for an odor investigation. Engine 782 and Chief 771 responded holding engine 784 in station until they investigated.
At 23:28 hrs. Stations 4 & 2 were dispatched to 84 Hunter St. for an odor investigation. Engines 784 & 782 went en route and was advised of the smell of something burning possibly food. Engine 784 took the bravo side while engine 782 took the address.
At 20:22 hrs. Stations 4 & 2 were dispatched to 214 Center St. for a carbon monoxide alarm. Chief 771 held all units in station until he investigated due to the fact of being at the same residence earlier in the day.
At 15:30 hrs. Stations 4 & 2 were dispatched to 214 Center St. for a carbon monoxide investigation. Crews arrived to find the neighbor spray painting with no ventilation that had set off the alarm.
At 22:03 hrs. Stations 4 & 2 were dispatched to 406 Pitt St. for an AFA. Units responded and after investigating found it to be a malfunctioning system.
