At 06:36 hrs. Station 4 was dispatched to 687 Tuscarora Park Rd. in Schuylkill Twsp. for a brush fire. Brush 787-1 and 2747 responded and tackled the mountain. Units from 27 were first to arrive at the origin of the fire and it turned out to be a car fire that had burned out before reaching it.
At 10:37 hrs Stations 4 & 2 were dispatched to 105 W. Broad St. for an AFA. This was the second time in ten minutes. Engine 782 was the first to arrive and held 784 in station. The crew of 782 investigated to find it to be a malfunctioning alarm.
At 07:52 hrs the TFD was dispatched for the ladder and first two out of town to 1442 Valley Rd. in Walker Township for a structure fire. Units were canceled while en route.
At 17:46 hrs the TFD was dispatched to 504 Pine St. for a structure fire. Units responded to find smoke coming from the house. Chief 771 was first to arrive and found it to be a malfunctioning oil burner.
