At 23:36hrs. Stations 4&2 were dispatched to 28 W. Broad St. to assist Chief 772 on an unknown type alarm. When units went en route they were advised that Chief 772 was already on scene and needed help with forcible entry.
At 14:21hrs. Station 4 was dispatched to 10 West Centre St., Mahanoy city for a working structure fire in the high rise. Engine 784 went en route and was advised that there was a working fire on the tenth floor reported with entrapment.
At 11:30hrs. Station 4 was dispatched to 305 Lizard Creek Rd. in West Penn Twsp. for an electrical fire. Engine 784 that was already in West Penn for a class went responding and were requested Chief 37 to come around to the Charlie side and pull a hand line into the first floor.
After clearing off the landing zone. Engine 782 requested our Utility 788 with oil dry back to the scene of the previous accident to assist with clean up of fluids.
At 11:46hrs Stations 4&2 were dispatched to 307 Center St. for an MVA with entrapment. Engine 784&782 went enroute and were advised that a tractor trailer verses multiple cars and a box truck carrying explosives.
At 05:31hrs.Stations 4&2 were dispatched to 307 Center St. for an MVA with injuries. Chief 771 went en-route and was advised that the accident happened on Rt. 309 South but both vehicles were in the lot at 307.
At 21:32hrs. Station 4 was requested by Chiefs 771&773 to bring chain saws and man power to the area of Market and Riley Ave. for a tree down blocking the roadway. Personnel were on scene for half an hour.
At 11;52hrs. the TFD RIT Team was dispatched to 315 W. Patterson St. in Lansford for a smoke in a structure. Units were canceled before going en route.
At 08:03hrs. the TFD was dispatched to 216 Patterson St. for a possible structure fire. Units arrived to find an over drawn circuit that heated up and melted the plug on a surge protector. Units were held to the first two arriving units all others were returned and put in service.
At 03:33hrs Station 4 was dispatched to 668 Valley rd. in Walker Twsp. for an AFA was upgraded to a smoke in a structure. Engine 784 went responding and was advised that Chief 3202 was on scene reporting that the fire was out but he needed smoke ejectors.
At 19:47hrs. Stations 4&2 were dispatched to 409 W. Broad St. for an odor investigation. Engine 782 handled the call. While 784 was held in station by Chief 772.
At 16:39hrs. the TFD was dispatched to 305 N. Lehigh St. for a structure fire. Chief 771 and Engine 782 arrived and found a working attic fire. Engine 784 backed up 782 on the alpha side while Engines 776&778 took the Charlie side.
At 14:55hrs. Station 4's Forest Fire Crew was dispatched to Brandonville Rd. in Mahanoy City to assist DCNR on a brush fire. The crew responded with Brush 787-1 and 5 members. The crew was on scene for four hours.
