At 20:50 hrs. Stations 4 & 2 were dispatched to 224 W. Cottage Ave. for a transformer fire. Units arrived to find the transformer on fire and stayed until it burned out. Chief 771 had command.

At 22:11 hrs. the TFD RIT Team was dispatched to 336 W. Patterson St. in Lansford for a house fire. Units went en route and were advised of a working fire, but a couple of minutes later the fire was reported out and units were placed available by carbon county.

At 05:59 hrs. Stations 4 & 2 were dispatched to Rt. 309 and Owl Creek Rd. for a transformer fire. Chief 771 was first in the area and had nothing showing. He held all units in station until he could investigate.

At 16:12 hrs. the TFD was dispatched to 14 W. Broad St. for a structure fire in an apartment building. Units arrived to find food burning on the and quickly extinguished the fire. After checking for extension and finding none units were placed available.

At 04:55 hrs. the TFD was dispatched to W. Broad and Lehigh St. for a reported structure fire. Engine 784 and Chief 772 were first to go responding and were advised that the caller had reported a large amount of smoke coming from the houses in that area.
