At 15:35 hrs. Stations 4 & 2 were dispatched to the intersection of W. Spruce and Sewer Rd. for a haz-mat incident. Units went en route and were advised to meet the public works director at that location to assist with trying to catch heating oil that had made its way into the wabash creek.

At 11:00 hrs. Stations 4 & 2 were dispatched to 307 W. Broad St. for a odor investigation. Squad 783 responded with Chief 771 and were first to arrive and Squad 786 was held in station. Units were on scene for half an hour.

At 12:25 hrs. Stations 4 & 2 were dispatched to 32 Clay St. for a carbon monoxide investigation. Units arrived and found high levels of CO in the two houses. Personnel ventilated both houses and then cleared.

At 02:03 hrs. the TFD was dispatched to 155 Penn St. for a structure fire. Engine 784 was first to arrive and found a small fire in the rear of the structure. Chief 773 had Eng. 782 and 775 take the address due to no access to the basement from the rear to check for extension.

At 05:43 hrs. the TFD was dispatched to 25 Center St. for smoke in a structure. Units went en route and were advised that the residence was to the rear of this address. Crews found a light smoke condition in the house and began to investigate.

At 09:46 hrs. the TFD was dispatched to 330 Clark St. for a house fire. Units went en route and wee advised of black smoke coming from the house. Units arrived to find nothing showing and upon further investigation no fire was found.

At 16:28 hrs. Stations 4 & 2 were dispatched to 33 Hunter St. for a request for assistance. Units went responding and were advised that a smoke bomb was thrown at the front door of the house and had filled the house with smoke.
